www.findaclint.org, East Coast Division Announcment:
Our vice president Tequila Mockingbird was at a bar on Monday night. She was there because she was in her own "clint situation," as she had met a man the previous week who was out working as a landscaper, but had failed to get his number. She knew some information about him (his name, kind of car he drove, and area where he lived). So, she began searching. It is for this very reason, she happened to be at this particular bar in Hyde Park, MA on this particular night. This is where she met Bill. She was telling him the story of why she happened to be at this particular bar this night and how it was connected to the "Clint search" that was ongoing in California. It was at this point in the conversation that Bill told her he had a friend named Clint. She questioned him further about where this "Clint" was from. He said that they were all from Tennessee. She asked him if Clint still lived in Tennessee or if he now lived in Boston like Bill. Bill said that he had not spoken to Clint in about a year, but that a few years back, this "Clint" had moved out west somewhere, he thought to California. She asked him if the "Clint" was a mechanic. He said that his friend Clint used to work on cars and always did "odd jobs," but that it wouldn't surprise him in the least if he was fixing cars out west. He said that he did not have a phone number for this "Clint," but was still in touch with some of his buddies in Tennessee that might know more about what he was up to. Tequila did very good work for us and was able to get Bill's number so she could follow up on this.
The following is an excerpt from an email she sent me today:
"Hi,
So I just spoke to Bill (the Tennessee guy) and he said that he has the number of and called two of his old buddies from Tennessee that may know about Clint's whereabouts and situation. He promised me that he'd call them today to see if they either know where we can find him or to see if they have a phone number/address. He also warned me that it may take him a couple days to get in touch with these people, because they both have families and busy schedules. So this is good; we should be hearing back by the end of the week, hopefully with a number. I also asked a bit more about him, an age range etc. and he said that Clint was his age (31) give or take a year or two, so that makes sense with our Clint. I can't believe this...."
I can't believe this either. I do not believe in coincidence and I know that many members of www.findaclint.org do not believe in it either. I don't know if this is the same Clint, but we must follow up on this lead as well as our lead at Carter's Auto. My hunch is that both of these methods of searching will come around full circle at about the same time. The day that Rachel receives information from Bill regarding this very likely may also be the day that Clint finally goes to Carter's and receives the letter from me.
I have made a prediction that news will be forthcoming. The days I am predicting are July 29-31, Aug 2-5 (especially between 6pm on 8/4 and 9am on 8/5), or Aug 10-11, though fully, this could happen any time between today's date and August 20th. These dates and times are based on other information I have received as well as planetary calculations I have made.
Tequila's additional information that she has added to this story does make me wonder about one thing: is this what the tarot card reader in Salem was talking about? He said, "I'm not going to tell you to stop searching, but even if you did, you would find him and it would seem as though it were by coincidence, but yet you know there's no such thing..."
Is this what he was talking about? I thought he meant that even if we had never found Carter's Auto or made calls to all these mechanics, I would "run back into" Clint someday in the future because we were "destined" to meet again as the tarot card reader said. And maybe he means that too. But I have to wonder now, if he was "seeing" this "coincidental" meeting that Rachel was to have at the end of July with Bill, just as we are entering the last few weeks of July, when Clint is said to be returning soon from Northern California...
In the next few days, we very well could have an answer...
